These terms of service ("terms") govern your access to and use of the Challenger Fantasy services, including our mobile application and website located at https://challengerfantasy.com (collectively, the "services"), operated by Challenger Fantasy ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the services. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.

2. Accounts

• To register, you must provide a valid email address.
• Authentication is provided via a one-time password (OTP) login method.
• You may choose a username, profile picture, and other optional profile details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You may not create more than one account per person or use another user's account without permission.

3. Fantasy contests and gameplay

• Challenger Fantasy is a skill-based fantasy sports platform. All contests are games of skill, not gambling.
• Contest results are determined by the real-world performance of UFC fighters during sanctioned events.
• We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or void any contest at our discretion, including in the event of scoring errors, data provider issues, or circumstances outside our control.
• We are not responsible for the cancellation, postponement, or modification of any UFC event or fight.
• Fighter statistics and scoring data are provided for entertainment purposes and may be subject to correction or delay.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access, copy, or collect content or data from the services using automated means (including bots, scrapers, and similar tools) without our prior written consent;
• create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in contests;
• collude with other users to manipulate contest outcomes;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the services;
• use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the services are owned by Challenger Fantasy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any material on the services without our prior written consent, except as otherwise permitted by law. Fighter names, records, and statistics used within the services are factual information about public figures used for informational and entertainment purposes.

6. User content

If you submit any content to the services (such as a username or profile picture), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the services. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third party rights.

7. Disclaimers

The services are provided for entertainment purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including fighter statistics and scoring data. The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Challenger Fantasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and/or access to the services at our sole discretion, including if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

10. Changes to the services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without notice or liability.

11. Modifications to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the services. If changes are material, we will post a notice within the services. Your continued use of the services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
